Thank you – I’m a sixty y.o. pale male and I started to have these experiences in my 40’s, and after a very boozy previous couple of decades, I had that “oh shit, I think I made a huge mistake” moment. I didn’t want to get to my 70’s and be in the position where you bend down to tie your shoelace and have to think, what else can I do while I’m down here. I want to tell you that now I feel better than I did in my twenties and can actually touch my toes again, and I owe most of it to qi gong. Everyone’s different, of course, but I just wanted to let you know that slow decline is not inevitable. I aspire to live my life to the fullest right up to the end and then, when it’s time to go, just let go.

  2. Thanks, Jack! I agree! I was going to ask people if they experience the same effects if they are in shape or not. I wouldn’t know because I’m not in the shape I should be in. But was going to ask others if the experience is the same!
