and on the other side of this step forward,

lies our freedom.

We’ve been feeling it for weeks,

the key’s been in the lock

and now we must turn it.

Let us be excited as we

become explorers into

new territory.

Newness is waiting.

And as we open into

this vortex of exploration,

let’s ground into

the fertile Earth

that holds us.

abandoning convention

and stepping forward
